On December 4th , 2013, at the NH Hotel Touring in Milan, a dinner-debate has taken place with the participation of Mr. , former professor of Commercial Law at the University of Bologna
The meeting has offered a valuable opportunity to review the development of legislation in the banking sector in Italy over the past twenty years, accompanied by a future outlook in the light of European law.
At the discussion took part representatives of the Bank of Italy, Bank officers, lawyers and university professors.
