The Hellenic Association for Financial Law organised a legal conference entitled: “The procedural position of loan and credit servicing companies in enforcing their claims –Legal standing considerations – Developments in case law”, which took place on Thursday, 24th of February 2022, at 18:00 – 20:00 online via zoom.

Speakers:

General Introduction by Dr. Dimitris Tsibanoulis, President of the Hellenic Association for Financial Law, and Managing Partner of Tsibanoulis & Partners Law Firm.

Konstantina Lekkou, Judge at the Athens Court of Appeal, on the topic: “The procedural position of loan and credit servicing companies and the beneficiaries of bank loans securitised following the initiation of legal proceedings against the borrowers – Procedural issues and developments in case law”.

Spyros Andritsos, Attorney at Law, Deputy Director of the Operations Legal Support Division of ALPHA BANK, on the topic: “The legal standing of loan and credit servicing companies in the context of the sale of loans and credits under Law 4354/2015 and the securitization of claims under Law 3156/2003 – Issues arising from the awarding and enforcement of such claims”.
