The Italian Society affiliated to the European Society for Banking and Financial Law invites the members of the European Society and, more generally, scholars of banking and financial law and the economics of financial intermediaries to present research work at the 2020 Annual Conference, “What to regulate? How to regulate? Who should regulate?”, organized in collaboration with the Milan Branch of the Bank of Italy and the Faculty of Banking, Financial and Insurance Sciences of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, which will take place on 20 November 2020, at the Milan Branch of the Bank of Italy, or online if the conditions will not allow physical meetings.
